Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) Customization Engineer to design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on Siemens Teamcenter PLM. The role involves extending Active Workspace using client-side and server-side technologies to meet business requirements while ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

Customize and extend Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) using declarative and programmatic approaches

Develop and modify AWC client-side components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON

Configure and customize AWC UI elements such as commands, panels, tables, forms, and dashboards

Work with Teamcenter SOA/REST services for data integration and backend communication

Implement and maintain BMIDE configurations related to AWC

Customize workflows, lifecycle states, and business rules as required

Perform Teamcenter server-side customizations using ITK / Java / SOA (as applicable)

Required Skills

Strong experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) customization

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON

Hands-on experience with Teamcenter SOA / REST APIs

Good understanding of Teamcenter data model, workflows, and access control

Experience with BMIDE

Familiarity with Git or other version control systems

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

Experience with ITK or Teamcenter Java extensions

Knowledge of React concepts (helpful for modern AWC customizations)
