Title: TC UA Configuration BOM Management

Job description:
• 3+ years of demonstrable experience in executing Teamcenter PLM implementations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Teamcenter configuration and deployment, specifically within BOM Management (dBOM, eBOM, variant management) and Change Management (ECR, ECO, ECN workflows).
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Teamcenter projects from conception through go-live.
• Proficiency in configuring core Teamcenter modules and tools, including BMIDE, Workflow Designer, Access Manager, and Organization.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes in manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience with Teamcenter customization (e.g., ITK, SOA, AWC) and integrating Teamcenter with other enterprise systems (CAD, ERP) as part of an implementation project.
• Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to manage client expectations, facilitate workshops, and drive consensus.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and training delivery skills.
Must Have Skills: TC UA, MBOM, EBOM, Change management, Easy Plan, Active Workspace.
Good To Have Skills:
• Familiarity with Siemens Advantage and tools.
• Teamcenter certifications relevant to configuration and administration.
• Experience in a consulting environment delivering PLM solutions.
• Knowledge of CAD integrations with Teamcenter (e.g., NX, Solid Edge, CATIA, Creo).
