Must have skills:

1. Mandatory experience: ITK customization, SOA, workflows development, BMIDE, RAC customization
2. Profiles with strong and real hands on development experience needed.
3. Exposure in Active Workspace/AWC
4. Person needs to connect with Solution Architect from US, coordinate with engineers, and gather requirements work independently.

Good to have skills

1. Should be able to mentor juniors.
2. Below all are all optional  skills
   1. CAD Integration
   2. Relevant Experience in T4X Integration
   3. Data Migration
   4. Teamcenter Upgrade
