Role: OOJ – 1565 Teamcenter Senior Developer(ITK, Rich client and SOA)

  1. Job Profile: Support Collins business units on the Teamcenter 14.x & Active Workspace 6.x Development works and assist the Migration team with the transfer of all
    Engineering data from legacy PLM Environment to the common PLM Environment.
  2. Job Description: Work on the planned Teamcenter Development tasks with adherence to the planned timelines through the Sprints, Active workspace Configuration/ Customization
    based on Business Requirements, assisting TC Admins on TC to MCAD Integration (NX, CATIA, Creo, Solid Works, Solid Edge etc.), provide support to End users on CR/ CO workflow
    issues/ TC to SAP Integration issues and support future upgrades on Teamcenter.
  3. ProvideTechnical guidance to the team supporting all the above tasks and ensure that all project artefacts and deliverables are thoroughly tested & validated.

Additional responsibilities include direct interaction with Business unit key stakeholders to understand and document the business requirements, study the existing Engineering change
business process at Business unit and configure/ build optimal solutions to enhance existing Change Notice workflow process, enhance existing custom reports/ Rich client
customizations, support Business unit with the ongoing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Troubleshoot and fix issues, coordinate with IT team to deploy custom solutions in Test/
Production Environment, and prepare the needed Project documentation per Audit and ITC norms.
3. Mandatory Skill sets:
a. Strong knowledge on Teamcenter 11/14 – Product Configuration
b. Strong expertise in ITK, Rich client and SOA based customization.
c. Strong experience in workflow development with custom handlers
d. Good knowledge on SQL quires and Teamcenter database tables
e. BMIDE and Data model configuration and customization with Extensions
f. Experience in Active workspace client and server customization.
g. Familiar with Teamcenter Upgrade process
h. Exposure on Data Migration & Site consolidation tools
4. Optional Skill sets:
a. TCRA configuration
b. Teamcenter to MCAD Tools Integration (NX, CATIA, Creo, Solid Edge/ Solid
Works)

Preferred Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in
Engineering (Preferably Computer science)
