Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary PLM Program Manager, Who can manage multiple PLM projects, preferably who has Teamcenter or Windchill Customization projects to lead and drive the growth of our PLM practice. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in PLM solutions, industry best practices, and a strong technical background to define, implement, and optimize PLM systems for clients across various industries.

 Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in PLM solutions and practice leadership, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale PLM implementations.
• Strong background in PLM platforms (e.g., PTC Windchill,  Siemens Teamcenter.).
• Experience in designing, architecting, and implementing , customizing PLM solutions
• Experience in client-facing roles, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering value-driven solutions.

• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Ability to adapt to evolving market trends and technological advancements.
