Jod Description:

• Strong experience in Siemens Teamcenter Enteprise PLM.
•  Prior Support experience in Teamcenter Enterprise solutions.
• Exposure to MoDEL Customization (Met and Mth Coding)
• Good handle of Java Programming and OOPS concepts.
•  Knowledge in CAD integrations, Product Structure management, Change Management, Data Model Definition, Lifecycle, Workflow configurations.
•  Must have done Installation, Configuration, Deployments and Reporting on modules.
• Understanding of Teamcenter Architecture.
• Exposure to Thick and Thin client customizations.
•  Data loading/ migration experience would be a plus.
• Coordinating problem resolution with third parties.
• Overseeing daily operations of representatives who handle customer accounts.
•  Cultivating and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
• Utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of organizational products and programs to educate customers and team members within the department.
• Experience in support projects and awareness in SLA Governance.
• Ability to provide user support as required in support of a global multi discipline environment.
•  Work with customers to understand their requirements.
• Coordinate support activities and identify solutions for complex issues.
•  Provide metrics for support team.
