Job Title: Windchill Functional Support

Experince : 3 to 5 years

Location: PAN INDIA

Notice period: Immediate Joiner to 15 Days

Job Description:

Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience in Windchill PLM Functional Support.
Strong understanding of Engineering R&D background and New Product Development processes.
Knowledge in Installation, Configuration, Workflow Management, Product Support, and Integration Support.
Awareness of Parts Management, Product Structure Management, Configuration Management, Engineering Change Management, and Option and Variants Management.
Good understanding of Middleware and integration of Windchill with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and MES.
Exposure to CAD systems, Commercial Off-The-Shelf products such as SolidWorks, CREO, AutoCAD, etc., and knowledge of their integration dynamics with Windchill.
Proficiency in establishing good customer relationships, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to excellence in quality and customer service.
Experience in Windchill Technical Support and familiarity with ITSM concepts.
