Summary: 

• We are looking for a solution architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our innovative and dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Teamcenter installation/ configuration/ customization and prior experience in managing the feature team responsible for delivering new features.

• This role also involves the need of extensive discussions with platform partners and should possess strong presentation skills to convey technical concepts

Responsibilities (are not limited to):

• Analyze proposed solutions to determine if they are good fit for Teamcenter ecosystem.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Design and document the technical architecture for the solution

• Assess the potential performance impacts of proposed solutions and recommend any necessary changes to the system architecture.

• Manage and guide a team responsible for delivering a specific feature

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Teamcenter ecosystem and proficiency in automotive business processes.

• Develop and customize Siemens Teamcenter applications to meet the specific requirements.

• Design and implement new features, functionalities, and integrations within the Teamcenter platform.

• Understand the capabilities and limitations of different Teamcenter solution blocks to address requirements.

• Facilitate feature releases and ensure deliverables are communicated with the business team at the start of each release phase

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using various programming languages and technologies.

• Configure and administer the Siemens Teamcenter environment, including user management, role-based access control, and data management.

• Ensure the smooth operation and performance of the Teamcenter system by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues that arise.

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing their queries and concerns related to the Teamcenter platform.

• Develop custom scripts and automation solutions to enhance the efficiency and productivity of Teamcenter-related processes.

• Installing new Teamcenter patches upon request and decommissioning out-of-use environments

• Stay up to date with the latest Teamcenter features, updates, and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

• Working experience with T4X and T4EA components of Teamcenter

Experience and Skills Sets required: 

Experience:

• 12-15 years of experience as a Solution architect with extensive experience in Teamcenter installation/ configuration/ customization and prior experience in managing feature teams

Primary skill(s):

• Solution Architecture - Design & Enhance Teamcenter Architectures. Up to date with current software architecture best practices

• Teamcenter - installation/ configuration/ customization

• T4X and T4EA components of Teamcenter

• Active workspace customization

• Proficient in current cloud architecture concepts (Amazon Web Services)

• Agile – ATC Tool chain

• Linux system administration
